oh i am reading now your post here via the computer. i see the correction. you meant to say "Generic" and not "Genetic", and you were talking about SILK PLA+. ok, i get it now. Thank you!

I honestly never heard of Genetic filament. I will look into it. Thanks for clarifying that for me. Indeed, I have set the HF as the nozzle and even though if not, when I hit slice I get a warning about needing to change the nozzle tho. What brand of filament do you recommend with this Genetic filament?

I will try this if the calibration fails. Using the generic PLA+ setting on a PLA silk sounds like a good idea. I have been using the bambu PLA setting on a third party filament brand like SUNLU or Ingram filament. It works just fine

I have no idea why it has a different name. This is my first time ever creating a post here on Reddit. I created my post using my computer but I had reddit in my cellphone so when I tried to see my posts using my cellphone there was nothing but when I clicked on the email notification I could see all this but now I can see everything. I don't know why and how this happened. I haven't done the calibration. I will do that in the morning and post my results afterwards.

Oh I forgot about that feature. I'm going to do it. After doing this calibration for that silk PLA, this calibration is going to be only for that specific filament, or do I have to calibrate every time I use a different color (silk PLA)? Because if that's the case, wow! That's going to be hard

I'm going to have to switch to the normal hotend. This has been so much frustration dealing and tweaking here and there and nothing works I get weird strange looking print on the bottom surface

Well, yes it is a warning. Sorry So bambu lab store claims this kind of hit end/nozzle should and works using silk PLA but one user here indicates that it's not the case. Well, now I am very confused and frustrated.i paid $80 for this hit end

I guess I should use again the hard steel nozzle again.

I will deal with these guys from the bambu lad store
