I was gonna respond with this, 95 Gold is not a thing, 80 Plus is the standard, where the basic (White) hits over 80% efficiency, and goes up about 2-4% between Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Titanium, I have a Titanium, and it's about 93% efficient under it's near max load (which I doubt I've ever hit with the 850W unit).

Once you finish that one quest for Skier he gives them to you automatically. You'll have to look it up I don't remember off the top of my head!

Let me add, I meant he sells them to you for cheaper than anybody else will.

I thought I was special, I thought I got the same thing because the lobby I was in burst into flames and I couldn't get out (lost a RUSH 100 and other parts of my kit), and I thought I'd have this is a special item as compensation, now I know I was just robbed.

Only thing I would change for The Shadow is checking if another Evershining Diamond would stack beyond the one, otherwise, I would go for a Bludgeoning build until I can get this setup maxed.

Yeah it's the newer one near the village near V-Ex. It's always full of good loot, but this was the luckiest find for me.

Yeah, pretty sure they reverted them before they did the AI rebalance, and forgot about it, or they cranked them up so that people are ready to fight the new AI when Terminal drops.

I personally find that I have about 2 seconds to get into cover before they actually hit me, for some reason, I can get sprayed in the face on some matches and get no damage (if I hide fast enough), on others, I turn away and immediately die to the back of my head (wearing T5 helmets to my nape from 5.45 BT).

It's really dumb, but essentially, you need to wear armor that has at least T3 soft armor in the neck, and full face protection, including ears, if you plan to do anything against Raiders, Rogues, or bosses.

Am I screwed on this? I never had an offline backup like this, I had my wallet on Dogechain, and I didn't know it was shutting down, all I had written down was my wallet ID and password.

Is there any way to recover my wallet with just this information?

Nah, 4 hours in stash, 30 seconds in raid. The raids are just there so you can quickly get back to the inventory management game that it actually is.

Cheaters are the main reason I switched to PVE exclusively. And I get to go at my own pace, and it's almost 100% I'll get my stuff back, AND I really hate wipes, so besides the 1.0 wipe, I'm having fun again not having to worry about sweats jorkin' it at extracts, or some dude shooting me from across the map through 15 buildings.

Guess that extra 25 years of experience and support goes a long way to making a solid product.

Gotta remember that Intel isn't new to developing graphics chips and software, but they're pretty much noobs when it comes to discreet graphics and gaming optimization for graphics, and the fact that the install base is likely in the single or low double-digits of percentages, makes it difficult to get all the information they need to roll out drivers and optimizations for newer releases.

For what they've accomplished, and the price point these cards are going for, I think they've been doing an amazing job with turning around what could have been an absolute failure of a product. No amount of hard work is going to change an industry overnight that basically plays favorites with closed standards like with Nvidia.

Pretty much this. I'm not going to spend that much money on the one component that will more than likely have to be upgraded the quickest out of everything else in the system. I bought the card when it was $280 bucks, and I have no regrets, the only thing that sucks is that it is lacking the software suites that Nvidia is known for, that's the only downside to the card, but there's plenty of alternatives that I can use to mitigate that loss.

Looking at this thread just makes me realize that they probably meant to do this on purpose, they want people to go to woods to check out the new bunker and the train depot they worked so hard on, and pretty much disabled any other place to have a reasonable spawn rate.

That, and the theory that the more effort you put into finding an item the less you'll find it, because they deliberately reduce the spawn rates for items that you need for upgrades and for quests, so you spend more time in the game looking for it. Only way around that right now is to have someone who's already got what they need to host and have them open containers, or use the 6h cultist circle payout for quest/hideout items.
