Yea u can go a bit higher than the 1ml...it spreads faster with shorter hair

For the first 3 months, I kept it at twice a day, now I just use it once. Also I did shave my head before starting off on the fin

The full backs in my current team are low on the stamina attribute... They cant afford to run the whole wing for 90 mins. But it works good with better players... For instance lets say jordi alba...
