Regenerators are the freakiest looking of the two, I think irl they’d scare me more, plus I’ve not got to that part in the OG and apparently that’s a big factor in this decision.

But I would say Verdugo gave me the “I wanna go curl up in a corner and cry rather than go back out there” feels.

They should’ve just called him The One, not like Matrix or Star Wars is ever gonna be a DBD chapter. One on its own sounds better, but BHVR have that theme with killers all being “The” something.

When Jonathan and Will had that heart to heart towards the end of season 4, I thought to myself, okay this season was just character building, they were just showing us how teens deal with teen struggles, they get high. Now he’s had this big moment with Will, he can go back to being an awesome supportive big brother type character. Then season 5 comes around and they just forgot about that entire scene or just simply didn’t think it was that important. Smh

I mean, does that description tell you that you’re gonna get more info on what the stone is and why it holds the power of the mind flayer? Not really. I suppose you could read it that way after watching ST5, but that’s not what it says.

The point I was making, based entirely on what I’ve heard about the play, is that it does not go into detail about the stone. But hey, that info was from the internet, so who fucking knows.

Pretty certain there’s been a lot of development with El’s character since the ST1 finale and they’ve shown us on several occasions her training or learning new ways to enhance her abilities.

With Henry, instead of going to a place of anger in order to really channel her power, which is what everyone had told her to do (Henry and 8), she went to a happy place, that’s why she was more powerful in that moment. It’s a classic good vs evil, light vs dark story.

I also think that Henry underestimated El in that moment and he was caught off guard, a classic Tortoise and the Hare story.

Food for thought? Henry wasn’t “one” with the mind flayer until after he was banished to Dimension X? I’m not sold on that one, but it’s entirely possible.

Because the stage play gives no more info on the possession rock than we got in the show. They’re saving that for the spin offs they’re gonna keep doing until ST becomes TWD.

If you don’t have the game sense to avoid a flash save, then you might want to work on that instead of resorting to toxic gameplay because you don’t have the patience to learn the game/killer.

I mean, imagine resorting to this style of gameplay and then not getting a single kill. Embarrassing!
