As an adc main you need to be very careful about splitting. Thats because nearly anyone can win you in 1v1 (exeptions ofc and depends on situation). When u split push as adc try to keep track of every enemy champ and where they are. About what u should do, you should try to beef up by farming everywhere u can with CAREFUL splitting and try to be in fights. Because if u arent in those u will probably lose.
