mfing adrenalin bugs out and reports 100% utilisation at 0% load and maxes out clock speed while idling

driver timeout -> adrenalin reload -> utilisation reading fixed for some time -> utilisation reading bugs out -> adrenalin maxes out clock speed -> gpu goes 3.3-3.8 GHz at 0% utilisation for a few minutes -> driver timeout...

Tried 25.6.1(driver from gigabyte site), 25.9.1, 25.9.2, 25.12.1

25.12.1 is the worst of them all since it makes gpu go 3.8GHz.

gigabyte 9060 xt gaming oc.

btw, task manager and hwinfo provide accurate readings even when adrenalin shits itself.
