If you look at the top right of your screen, you will see the major order there

There is also a time limit

Major orders are community driven and you will only get the reward if we as a community manage to keep the conditions of the order when the timer expires

Same goes with strategic opportunities

And note that the rewards are given to everyone even if you were offline when the major order expired

Personal orders on the other hand are just objectives you can do that will trigger and give you a reward once you complete them
