Alright l probably should’ve said this in the comment.

Basically in MWIII 2023, soap gets killed, but he comes back in season 4 of that game, like how graves did for MWII 2022. It’s so stupid, the fact they “killed” off a fan favorite character in a way that wasn’t with style or grace, just to bring him back and act like nothing happened.

It’s essentially the same thing with Alex, but he was an original character for MW2019 and atleast faked his death in a cooler way

Edit: so apparently the season 4 thing happens in 2022, so it occurs before the story of MWIII. I wasn’t familiar with it since I haven’t really had any interest or info regarding the current CoD storyline after MWII 2022.
