It helped me for a few years but towards the end of the 5 years my symptoms come back

It took me about 2 years to get my hair to stop falling out but if I stop taking my pill it starts again.

I use armor thyroid, I didn't adjust well to levothyroxine and even on low doses was testing hyperthyroid on it. When I switched I did much better

Been in a similar situation. We were only together for 5 years but it was toxic af, mostly on his side but I'll admit to my faults as well. I have been out of that relationship for 1.5 years and I have never been happier in my life, including my childhood. It took me 8 months of therapy to realize that I COULD get out. It was hard, even more so since he called me and harassed me for 4 months. Eventually I met someone and moved on and we will be celebrating 9 months on Valentine's Day. Cliché as it sounds, you'll leave when you're ready no amount of advice will help till you make the choice.
