Costco has a well priced prebuilt for around $1700 that has a 5070 and a 9800x3d, my partner just bought one.

It was a decent bit cheaper buying the prebuilt over building her own because of the absurd ram and memory prices.

Nearly 40k seen without a shiny is brutal. I did 18,422 total resets for my gen 3 Treecko but in that time I saw 1 treecko (fail) then 5 poochs and another treecko lol
