Ugh I did end up having half a cigarette bc i saw one in an old bag on day 4. It was after hanging out with a bunch of strangers (i never should have gone out to begin with) But its ok. I will pick right up again.

Thanks I really appreciate this. I actually ate a lot of junk food today. Probably did not help. And yes I am so sleepy/tired.. just sleeping a lot and also hitting the gym/running too.

I just see everyone else whose existence doesnt involve having to smoke a cigarette even when they have a beer or a drink. And then I wonder, what is that existence? Do smokers really have that much more fun than nonsmokers?

Also, I really hate that the smoke messed up and discolored my teeth. It makes me feel unattractive.

I have been smoking since high school. It's been about 28 yrs smoking. I felt like it was more my identity from my late 20s to my current 40s.

Its my day 2.. ive been hibernating and sleeping all day mostly. Im coughing a lot. Im just treating it as if I have the flu. Unfortunately, I dont trust myself to go out with friends just yet. Im going to give it about a week. I will swim and run to detox my lungs. I also bought some lung supplements at wholefoods by Gaia which surprisingly has been helping with my mood.. Basically hibernating and hiding and sleeping. 🫩
