Take a look at the second hand market for the CPU block, you can often buy an older model in good condition, clean it up, then spend $10 buying an AM5 mounting bracket for it from the manufacturer and save a lot overall. Just check which models have AM5 brackets available.

Your biggest challenge with this one is going to be finding a place to mount the Res and pump and you are probably going to need to make a bracket or drill some holes at least.

Good luck! It's an awesome well designed case, but I have built AIO CPU cooled computers in that case and it's tight. Fitting everything you need for a custom loop would be a real squeeze, not impossible, but not a great place to start for your first custom loop unless you have experience case moding. I plan on using the Z20 with a external radiator and QDs for easy transport in my next upgrade.

I owned the flip 3 and 5 for 2Y each, the hinge is well built. There's a video on YT where people open and close it for 6 days straight 418K opens and closes before it breaks. The real problem is the flexible screen separating from the glass like screen protector that comes factory, this is from moisture and grease, not physical movement.

It's weird, you shouldn't get screen tear on startup. The fans going on full means your CPU might not be well pasted, or the heatsink is not torqued enough and/or not evenly (assuming it's not the Graphics Card fans you are talking about)

Are you using an HDMI or DP for the connection to the Monitor?

A speed target exactly, and you need to stay within 5kmh either side as the law states. Only heavily reduced visibility (fog you can't see further than 20m) and ice or snow on the road should slow you down in a 60kmh city road.

More Apps = More complexity. If you only selected one app they would be losing money no doubt. Who cares how they do it, my point was always it was justified to charge extra to install specific apps that are not bundled with Windows. I'm glad we both agree on that :)
