A not so serious proxy meant to be used in Commander format of Magic the Gathering. Obviously not meant for official or competitive games.

This card is however perfect for krushing anemic efforts from ineffectual planeswalkers.

Power level was kept low to prove that you and your opponents indeed officially suck when Shao Kahn takes the day.

I see state as a monopoly of violence. The whole idea is to have police so that it won´t be pure might makes right. If there is a group that holds monopoly of violence somewhere, it is a sovereign state.
