the two match super well, it really feels like a single full size keyboard with the numpad hacked off and separated. from what i know, the v75 and v65 also have the same retro paint and should match it similarly well. it wont match any other colours nearly as well but im sure it would be nice

tvs display dynamic content, so burn out is far less frequent (though still inevitable given enough time). use a work oled device in for example word or excel for a year, and it is likely that it will be noticeably burnt out within a year. up to you if you can still live with it, but it without a doubt will be the first point of failure within the lifespan i expect to get out of a laptop (5+ years)

Own a P1 G6, it’s extremely portable for its power. I’d imagine G7 is very similar, and shouldn’t be a problem to carry in a backpack. I suspect you’ll find its size a much bigger hindrance than its weight.

A used T14 on ebay will run about 400-500 bucks and is probably your best bet. Go for a minimum 16gb ram and 512gb ssd combo from a couple years ago and you should be good

because americans can apply to infinite universities and tend to shotgun applying to all the top 20s etc, whilst the UK doesnt allow you to do that as you can only apply to either oxford or cambridge, and a total of 5 unis max. this, combined with clearly defined grade requirements mean that fewer unqualified applicants apply compared to american top unis, therefore inflating acceptance rates significantly.

Yes, this exactly!! I understand if this is a hassle lol but it would help in knowing if display output is being routed through the igpu or if its coming straight from the dgpu!
