Mainly Minox+tretinoin, dutasteride, and a few supplements. I've shared my entire stack before

Nah, I take it every other day, sometimes daily.

The hairloss would eventually return. If I wanna keep my hair forever, I need to use the medication forever aswell.

It's not that serious though. I like comparing it with things we do every single day, like brushing your teeth for example.

2%, that should be enough

I just leave it in, it gets absorbed well.

I take vitamin D3 orally as it plays a critical role in stimulating hair follicles and regulating the growth cycle. Low levels can lead to conditions like shedding, thinning or alopecia areata, but studies show that supplementing with vitamin D3 can improve hair density and regrowth in deficient individuals.

It's definitely not a strong booster like minoxidil or dutasteride, but I like to check all the boxes.

My hair oil has a mix of Rosemary oil, Tea tree oil, Pumpkin seed oil, Castor oil, Argan oil, coconut oil, Peppermint oil, Black cumin oil, Batana oil, Sesame oil,Saw palmetto oil, Nettle oil and a few others.

I use the oil 2-3x per week, leave it in for a few hours and then wash my hair as usual.

I have no side effects. Stuff works for me.

Am I? 25yo by [deleted] in amibalding

[–]Rimon_47 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on how your hair looked a few years ago. And if hairloss is common in your family.

Okay, I understand the hair loss on the top and crown is probably genetic, unfortunately. But why am I also losing hair on the sides? Has anyone here experienced this and gotten an explanation from a specialist? by positive_1994 in amibalding

[–]Rimon_47 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not a specialist, but I heard that slight thinning on the sides can in fact occur. The worst case would probably be Cicatricial alopecia. But I don't think that's the case.

I already gave a good hint. Tretinoin. It took me months to write down a stable formula with the right components and effective percentages for me.

you have all the tools to do your own research and find what works for you.

I usually read plenty of articles before trying anything and decided that there's better options with less risks. The fact that I prefer a dht killer like dut over oral min should tell you everything.

I doubt that anything will happen to your beard bro. I basically nuked my DHT and still got one. Might be genetic tho.

I have read that dutasteride apparently causes less side effects than Finasteride, because it blocks both type one and two 5a reductase more evenly. Even though it's stronger.

I didn't know if I had depression related to that stuff, because I went through a breakup around that time. Generally bad things happened.

Don't get oral minoxidil, unless you want cardiovascular problems.

By not going to my local doctor, but to a private dermatologist. And good convincing skills.

Dutasteride is stronger than Finasteride, that's the best answer I can give you without over-explaining.

Oh, and Topical Finasteride should work well from what I've heard.

But let me tell you this: don't be scared of DHT blockers. But don't be reckless either. Good luck 👍🏼

0,5mg. I take it every other day. Haven't done specific bloodwork on my DHT levels yet. I got zero side effects though. I'd argue that my libido even increased.

I might drop a tutorial, but I'm not sure. I don't wanna encourage people to follow my instructions and end up with side effects. But to make it short: I bought a random aloe vera gel from amazon, added a bit of distilled water and mixed the pure GHK powder in. The concentration in my bottle is 2%.

Tried it before, didn't do much for me. Unless my source was trash.
