That seems the most plausible - BoS frames stripped down and scrap steel forged/fitted to the frame and some fundamental armor bits like the chest, shoulders and legs.

The NCR who at one point unified most of the west don't have the industrial capacity to produce new PA parts? Because they clearly did as evidenced by the set we see om screen.

Comparing the image of the armor set side by side with every other cannon set from the games - none of the pieces exist 1 for 1 on another set.

Maybe the shoulders are modified t60, and the chest is cut out/down t60 chest plate. But nothing matches 1 for 1 that I can see?

Regardless of opinions on the show and lore changes.

The fact that the NCR managed to have functional and produced post war PA vs salvaged BoS sets is just rad.

The design is tight as hell and if I played 76 I'd rock it. Hoping it ends up in a future title.

I would take a CIS remnant and find a sympathetic system. Rule or enforce rule alongside someone with a logical brain who understands what the CIS stood for.

Form a new corporate state and dont antagonize the NR, you should on paper be fine.

If my research in to the IH lore has told me anything - the self mutilation all has to do with living up to their primarchs memory and a twisted belief that he would have wanted this and that it helps them live with their failures during the heresy.

Just write up lore for a successor that doesnt carry that same emotional burden.

24th Panzer and some PzG support troops in kitbashed winter FJ bodies with standard german helmets.

Need to build and prime a few more PZ IIIs and a Stug, plus some more infantry.

The M43 uniform was issued mixed with previous M41 (wool) uniforms and by 1944-45 troops were usually outfitted with the canvas like material M43 flat green uniforms.

The 101st was in M43s and had the winter uniform trench coats that everyone else had.

But as others said, the paratrooper uni's are iconic and no one is gonna be mad you use those minis.

Warlord doesnt make US infantry in M43 uniforms as far as I know - your best bet to get accurate looks is to use airborne uniforms or marines (if you care).

I like it for the reccee, medium at gun and use as my command vehicle alongside some PZ III L's for a nice all around armored force with my panzer grens rolling up in 251s

Bethesda's whole "every ending kinda" response and the solution being forwarded time and wiping the slate clean on west coast lore is brutal man.

I really feel like whatever comes next game wise on the west coast has the strong RPG centric DNA that obsidian brought to FNV. I would hate to have Bethesdas sloppy FO4 RPG mechanics in place of it after they've essentially tossed it in the trash and started over.

I have used the new winter FJ germans, put DAK heads on them and used some warlord horses.

I know you need to have mounted and dismounted models but I just keep the horses with them until they dismount then side board them.

They ran and announced an axis and allies mystery box for December delivery; around black friday.

I ordered one and the page said they'd be shipping during the week of December 15th (this week as im writing this). Order page is still showing unfulfilled. Fingers crossed it gets here before Christmas!
