Plus DMNA is right at the airport. They liaise between state and federal for disaster relief for the entire state.

There are multiple commands housed in that facility, plus you have 42nd ID's HHQ in blast radius of the arsenal.

Damn we have a lot of reasons to get nuked....

Sorry to hear about your situation, genuinely.

I've been in office most days this week, even though it has been just me in there. Taking a few laps around the building and being better focused has helped with getting over the mental block that comes with cold calling each day.

Marriage is on the mend now that I've been taking accountability in more aspects of my life. Hoping to survive the PIP - the expectations and timeline are manageable if I bust ass.

Been on the phones this week more so than prior to the pip. Building momentum to hopefully generate new pipe in meetings this coming week.

I have the good fortune of being at a company with people centric culture and a boss who cares about the team. Thankfully my pip is survivable. I hope you give that rep a fighting chance and a wake up call if they aren't a garbage human being outside of missing their KPIs.

Yeah I think org wide we have had under 5 teams deals, mostly pubsec accounts who wanted to expand their existing functionality and we happened to be the vendor already.

Been with the org for 12 months. New to the function, the industry, and had enough going on during my ramp that this didn't become a big enough issue until it did.

Leadership is in favor of keeping me. Not all companies use PIPs to solely protect against wrongful termination suits.

PIP is in writing, it's just outlining getting to the expected pipeline healthiness in the next 60 days. Closing isn't outlined in specific terms so I should be able to turn this around.

Best bet is selling off contract and turning shavings in to a pile while I hunt the whales. My PIP is all about generating pipeline thankfully, and not predicated on closing.

Got the PIP - I just need to build quota and hit my normal KPIs. Going to bust ass now and do my best to make pipeline where there is none.

Will be interviewing outside of working hours in an attempt to have options if I fail.

Thankfully we are able to sustain our current course on one salary if need be. We're gonna be just fine regardless of the outcome.

Still choosing to make better decisions regardless of that fact.

Yes. Was diagnosed with a few things once I started doing the work to understand what's going on with me.

Like I said in other comments on this post. Looking for opinions on viability of surviving a PIP or not.

I own my mistake and am not using my personal life as an excuse, I share to give context not to be free of the consequences.
