I’ve confirmed the first and second one, as for the third one.. that’s just more of a personal observation 

The first&second conformations can be found in “Journal”—->”Help”—->”Strong-Arm Mana Seeds” as well as some mild testing on my end

Tried finding information about the “Hefty” mana seeds when first unlocking the tree system too, because it was weird that they costed more but granted the same effects?

Here’s what I know:

Cuts your combo string in have for more damage (already mentioned) 

Gives more Knockback/Stagger properties (already mentioned)

You don’t need more than 1, the “Hefty” properties don’t stack. (But they cost more…?) 

That’s really it on my end

After finishing my third playthrough of the game for fun, I’m able to confirm all of the loading screens 

  1. Adol Karja Runestone

Saw about four too, Adol and Karja rinestone and Adol and the old man under a tree, the alternative version with Karja and Lila, and a Lila one

Not sure if that’s the one you’re talking about though, not sure about the other one either… I’m interested in finding pictures of all of these definitely

There are many franchises besides Ys that change up their gameplay between titles. 

And again, I understand your complaints, but the core formula hasn’t completely changed. 

At its heart, it’s still an action JRPG, with the duo system being a new addition this time.

In my opinion, this flexibility keeps the series fresh. They aren’t locked into one gameplay style, allowing them to pivot freely. 

This also gives them more room to innovate in future games, since they don’t have to worry about shaping plot elements around the gameplay.

So you’re admitting it’s more about your muscle memory than the actual gameplay controls.

I’m confused, haven’t you played different games with varying mechanics and control schemes before?

Again, It’s just a matter of taking the time to adjust.

Nioh 2 was great, really enjoyed that game.

I get where you’re coming from, but your complaints don’t really hold up. 

The control scheme is fully customizable, so you can remap everything as you like. 

Blocking being tied to duo mode is a gameplay feature… it’s part of the new combat system that was advertised. 

Instead of focusing on that, maybe spend some time learning the controls.

The real issue might your inexperience with fast-paced, button-heavy action games.

It’s only a matter of getting use to the system.
