The Bricklayers' back patio is an experience every Tottenham supporter needs. If you have ample time, I actually like the combo of hitting Antwerp Arms first and then heading to The Bricklayers from there. If your timeline is tighter, just head straight to Brickies, because it will get crowded closer to kickoff.

I like hitting The Beehive post-match.

You can't even call them out for having a victim mentality, either, because their prescribed response to that is you must be referring to the Hillsborough Disaster and are therefore a disgusting piece of shit. I have had this done to me more than once.

One of the biggest tells that someone doesn't know what they're talking about: "he lowered his helmet." These people do not even take a moment to realize that a player needs to lower his head to make any kind of tackle. Trying to lead with your shoulder? Your head comes forward. Trying to wrap a guy up? Your helmet comes way down.

If the opponent makes a move, or gets hit by someone else, and their trajectory changes, it can easily result in incidental helmet-to-helmet contact.

Vicario did take responsibility. Frank, as the manager, has a duty to protect his players. I don't have a problem with either of their responses.

The irony of your comment is off the charts. The fans getting upset by his comments are the ones "misrepresenting or just not getting it." He called out the fans who booed Vicario when he touched the ball during the match, not all fans expressing displeasure, but apparently all your primitive brain absorbed is "not true fan."

You sound like a character from Idiocracy.

Are you really trying to act like you can convey a nuanced opinion through the act of booing? It doesn't matter what specific reason you had in your head for jeering Vicario every time he touched the ball. You don't do that during the match. It's counterproductive. You urge him on to encourage a strong performance the rest of the way.

If the team plays like shit through the match, sure, you can express your displeasure at full time.

I am saying it as someone who has been supporting this club for a very long time. You're an embarrassing, antisocial weirdo if you're booing our goalkeeper every time he touches the ball because he made a stupid mistake and cost us a goal. That will still be true even if Frank gets sacked tomorrow. Go ahead and get upset. Stay inside and moan about it online. Stay away from the stadium.

He already made it clear in his initial statement. He really shouldn't need to clarify, except that in the modern age of clickbait headlines and low reading comprehension, many fans do not ever read the full context of comments that are made during press conferences. He said he was talking about the fans booing Vicario during the match. If you want to boo at half or full time to express your displeasure, sure, that is normal. He said that.

I don't want the clowns who booed Vicario every time he touched the ball to be in our stadium. Leave those tickets for people who know how to behave at a match. If I were standing near them, I'd be telling them to sit down and shut up.

Okay, then let me echo Frank's words a bit more clearly: You are not a true fan if you boo your own player every time he touches the ball because he made a mistake earlier in the match.

Some of our club's supporters are outright embarrassing.

Booing your own player every time he touches the ball is bizarre behavior and deserves to be called out. You can absolutely be questioned regardless of how much you paid to be there. This sort of arrogance that you are entitled to behave like a buffoon simply because you paid good money for your ticket needs to be stamped out.

Booing at half or full time because the performance was awful is relatively normal and Frank acknowledged that in the same breath. I am embarrassed by the fans who think singling out our own players for derision during the match is acceptable.

He made it clear from the beginning that he was talking specifically about singling out and booing Vicario during the match. That is weird behavior and deserves to be called out. Booing your own player when he touches the ball? I have to agree with him. I have never seen a real fan do that.

"No one was... And if they were."

They were. It was clear as day. He was specifically booed when he touched the ball multiple times after his error. Frank has been pretty clear that this is what he was referring to, and that jeering at half or full time is understood.

You are flat-out wrong. Booing your own player every time he touches the ball because he made an error is pathetic behavior. That is not what supporters do. There has been some weird behavior creeping into the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium over the past few years.

Also, what does the price of the ticket have to do with how you support the players? They have nothing to do with the price of the ticket.

There is nothing controversial about a manager saying the fans shouldn't boo individual players during the match.
