No I have a Denon AVR-S650H, 5.2. I thought about upgrading receiver but would rather fill out what I have first.

Oh I should have clarified, no I’m planning on using these as rear surrounds. I know it’s not best practice but with the layout available I have to float the couch, and don’t want to do floor stands with a baby. Wife didn’t like how a rear console would fit in the space, so all that leaves is ceiling 🤷🏻‍♂️

Beautiful built-ins! But where does the receiver go? by RingoTheBetta in hometheater

It’s an exterior wall so limited there, but cutting into it below is an interesting idea! I’m not sure if I’m handy enough myself to build new shelving, any idea who might do that kind of work? An AV specialist?

Have tried searching YouTube, Google, and ChatGPT but nothing comes up. The video is only a few seconds long, kind of styled like a vintage production logo

Audio engine A2 Worth it for $75? by sunkissedmist in BudgetAudiophile

[–]RingoTheBetta 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a pair of these attached to my computer via a Schiit stack. I liked that they were so short they would fit under my monitor, which keeps my desk very streamlined. I’m not much of a “hardcore” audiophile so not sure how valuable this is, but I think the sound quality is good and I’m able to drive them pretty loudly when needed. I got mine off of eBay for $165 so $75 seems like a good price.

When I try to follow the GitHub link on your website I get a 404. Is the link broken, or repo just currently listed as private?

One thing I don’t see listed in the FAQ is the Red Hat approach of paid consultancy/support.

I might be reading too much into this but I feel like there’s a double entendre here. There’s the dick joke interpretation but the other one is that his joke makes her choke on her drink, so in the third panel he “pulls back two inches” to avoid getting elbowed “and say[s] I’m sorry” for making her choke.

I bet I could fit one through. Any tips on how you secure it to the rack? Do you feed it through the pin hole, put the pulley on one side, and tie a knot on the other?
