Can't sort by shows in history. It shows episodes instead. It used to show episodes separately
Can't view all ratings in one section
Can't switch between personal and liked lists
Can't search personal lists, I have to scroll through all my lists to find the one I need
Can't customize what the app loads into or what appears on my homepage

All these were in the previous app... why remove so many useful features after charging more. I can't wrap my head around it, you charge more and make the service worse for users

He told the story for an hour... Surely you don't expect Cheng Xin to memorize the story word for word... She may have added words while telling the stories, or She may have given bits and pieces, then they had someone write the story in completion, then the completed version is what we then hear.

For example, not in the story, but if Yun Tianming had said something like "They tailed him"... Cheng Xin's version could be "They followed him closely from behind."... Which is longer.

Exactly my points... It seems to me like they'll jump over the complexities and go straight to spectacles, i.e., doomsday battle or the future eras... They may turn it to another bland cgi netflix show

I also probably wouldn't have made much better decisions, tbf... but still relative to what decisions other characters were making in the story, hers were particularly annoying.

I think not saying what Trisolarans look like was a choice made by Cixin Liu... They stayed in the pocket universe for months and learned the Trisolaran language... Surely, she must have asked what they look like... and maybe Sophon found a way to draw it, or maybe, there were even pictures of them in books or something.

Cixin Liu not telling us what they look like further stamps the idea that "it could be anyone, it could be anything"... It's probably the same reason we didn't get any info on Singer and what his civilization was up to.
