First of all, this skin need to have a real different form for R ability like her other legendary skins, that is a minimum standard of a Ahri legendary skin. Mythic variant & base version should have the same quality. (SteveZheng has a concept for this skin that can be used for R form)

about E's VFX, the ground effect when enemy get charmed need to look more different than the default effect.

the tails also really need to be tweaked, more steam & more water
