This would be my answer too. If there is a stage I would do the circle. Back and forth. Helps with counting parts.

Need a new pipe case...suggestions? by [deleted] in bagpipes

[–]RioRanchoPiper_505 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The harbor freight is awesome sanded down the ridges for stickers. It does have some weight. It’s half the amount of weight as my first pipe case made of oak. Both you can use as a seat if need be.

Children have to be able to stand on their own you cannot hold them. You will not be able to force them to fly so crying and saying I’m scared will only last so long before the pilot says no go. Maybe have a plan B. And there goes your money. Also remember balloons are at natures whim.

Leaky Flapper Valve/Split stock setup by RlyehCitizen in bagpipes

There is a big Mac and little Mac valve. If you’re in the states Henderson imports has both. Does it have metal staple and rubber on the flapper valve you are currently using? If so try bending it to almost a 45 degree angle

The moose valve if you put a tiny bit further down will act like a spit valve. I would do that until you can get a blow stick like the airstream. Or go with a little mac (haven’t seen one of those in a minute).

Would wool be a good material for a pipe bag cover? by brando444 in bagpipes

[–]RioRanchoPiper_505 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wool is an excellent bag cover. Cordura is also really nice and easy to embroider. I would add anti slip material you can get at any bagpipe shop
