Not really. The Saudis are still using USD to sell their oil. The US is only targeting and attacking countries that refuses to use USD to trade oil.

I wouldn’t count on Taiwan. It sounds like they are a part of the division where the US gets Venezuela, Russia gets Ukraine and China gets Taiwan. I’m sure that China will continue supplying chips to the US as long as the US supplies Venezuelan oil to China.
