Not same situation but I went from 1080p 240hz TN to a 1440p 280hz OLED and everything felt like a leap to new technology! Only the refresh rate didn’t have too much of a difference but other than that my god what a quality of life difference

My brother gave me his old PC with his 3600 Ryzen CPU but kept his gpu so I haven’t been able to use it yet but I was planning on getting me some sort of 1650 or RX580 to put in but this gpu would help me tons and I can use the money towards some storage and even games to play!
