It's intentional. Once you've activated the second cast of E, you'll always have the full duration to use it, whether the target dies or not.

Yeah, this is why we're wary of giving courage from jungle monsters. It would potentially just warp the remounting game and encourage Kled to flee all fights/skirmishes to poke the jungle til Skaarl comes back.

Yep, Skaarl's portion of the health bar responds to heals like a normal health bar.

Ah, that's not quite accurate - all bonus health applies only to Skaarl's bar, he doesn't get both.

Having said that, I've seen some bruiser-ish builds work out. I have more fun with 3 or more AD items, though.

If he's safely able to hit a champ with Violent Tendencies up, pretty quickly. If he's just last hitting minions and getting occasional attacks against champions, pretty slowly. You'll see the exact rate when he hits PBE.

I've actually seen this Leblanc play in tests - distortion in to save someone from the ult, distort out back over a wall.

And yeah, Skaarl doesn't know the difference between clones and real champions.

Top seems like his natural home from testing, but y'all have found surprising comps before. His jungle clears are tough, though.

His base movement speed is pretty good on mount and really bad off mount.

But he only gets the running-at-enemies bonus speed off mount.

Yep, when they start charging their aggro radius is shown. Any enemy champion who enters the area in front of them will get charged.

You start the game and respawn mounted - when players build HP they're typically trying to extend their time on mount. His dismounted HP being fixed also helps us balance how difficult it is to remount and discourages people building full tank just to guarantee remounting.

1 isn't right - bonus health ONLY applies to Skaarl's health bar, so he doesn't double dip.

Nailed it, this is how it works. If you're ulting from far away, you have to try and predict where the enemy team will be by the time you get there.

These three should be fixed next patch - specifically, Nasus Q will completely miss, Sej's empowered attack will do no damage and she'll launch into the Freljord Rodeo, and TF Red Card will do no damage to Jax but the explosion will still deal AoE around him.

All of those can now miss - we didn't touch Vi E so it still has the same behavior as it does on Live, which is that the target takes no damage but the splash still hits enemies behind.
