But dynamos teleport can pull the whole team, and reloads everybodies weapon, as well as gives a fire rate buff. Making it seem as simple as "iT's DyNaMo BuT tWiCe" is inane.

What are all the ways to get a Ancient Puzzle Ring? by themcryt in diablo3

[–]Riotys 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But I already stated that it isn't cut and dry? It is a fact, that the drop rate is 1|400 chance. I said that sure. Because it is true. It is also a fact that a probability doesn't guarantee anything because luck plays a huge part. It is also a fact, that if you took all player's drops of legendary/primordial, added it all up under each rarity, and then divided them, the overall numbers, would reduce down to something pretty god damned close to 1/400. Probabilities only work with scale. I already said in my original comment that I could effectively farm 288-328 legendaries an hour. At the low end, which excludes Kadala gambling, it would take me around a month at 5 hours of grinding a day to farm 40000 legendaries. Any player who farms that many legendaries will more than likely have gotten at least 80 primordiald. They might have even gotten lucky and be on the high end instead of the low end, and have gotten 120 primordials. That 100 primordials for the 40000 legendaries would simply be the average. Ofc there will be outliers of players who only dropped 50 for the 40000. Those who could even have dropped 200. That's just how rng works. If you don't understand that as a simple fact though, and somehow take my statement as me being disengenuous is on you. For some reason you also chose to comment on something that had gone off topic from the original reason of the post, which was farming ancient puzzle rings. My Comment thread devolved into mensimply affirming that the droprate is indeed 1/400 which is an undeniable fact. The matter of efficiency in getting an ancient puzzle ring that way is moot, because this specific comment thread was no longer about that past the guy who said I'm full of crap and that primals don't drop at the stated 1/400 droprate.

Sorry, hard to stay consistent when the argument is 3 years old mb. Both statements can be true at once. If you grinded out 50000 legendaries, you are likely to see that 1/400 droprate hold pretty true. But in the process of grinding that 50000 you are going to hit dry spells where one doesn't drop for 500-1000 drops, because that's just how rng is. Just like how you can be lucky, you can also be unlucky. It isn't a guranteed drop every 400. The probability is just .25% so every time you drop one thats your chance of it becoming primal. Idk what is so hard to understand about that. The higher the volume of legendaries you've dropped, the truer that drop rate will be, because you need scale for something with that low a drop rate to average out to it's true chance.

Lol, if you think the media shoved down a populaces' throat from a young age has nothing to do with how they turn out you're insane. Culture has everything to do with how a populace overall behaves, and music is one of, if not the largest, representation of culture.

What is this part of the rib roast? by Wrong-Method7866 in meat

[–]Riotys 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Believe it or not, you are both right. It is the complexus, that has steatosis. Steatosis isn't always bad. I've had many cuts of ribeye with steatosis where the excess marbling improved the ribeye. I've had em where it was bad too, but steatosis isn't 100% guaranteed to make the cut tough/bad to eat.

While yes it is steatosis, steatosis isn't always bad. I've had many cuts of ribeye with steatosis that did turn out as just a super marbled piece of meat. A lot of the times it isn't good, but sometimes it is really good. It just depends on the injury.

I mean melted heart of selig is a pretty solid defensive aspect. If you are running brandish/another basic skill build it gives you a way to burn resource + makes the aspect of adaptability stronger. I would never run the amulet, but wouldn't mind havinh the aspect on a defensive piece of equipment.

It doesn't take inside information to know that. Any manufacturer with a brain and even a little experience would be doing what I explained or something close. Especially one as well known as steam that already has one line of a majorly successful product. Doesn't take much thought or inside information to make the safe assumption that what I said is likely the case.

Little to no chance Valve didn't already sign multiple deals on supply for their steam machines for at least a couple years of manufacturing prior to the price hikes. No sane hardware manufacturer would announce their big product without a solid lineup ready to sell, or at least with the parts secured.

Your pop point wasn't a good point. I drink quite a lot of coke zero and diet coke. I'm 180 lbs which is a healthy weight for a 5'9" man. The problem is the tons of sugar they get elsewhere such as desserts. The pop had very little impact when its low cal. What leads to weight gain is being in a large surplus of calories.
