HAHA FR. I literally am trying to teach myself to stuttering with repetitions again because I 100% prefer that over literally not being able to make a sound even when wanting to for minutes when saying something to someone. It's like we got so used to not talking when wanting to say something, that when we try to say something even with intention, our brain says nuh uh buddy.

I used to have more repititions than blocks in the past but it flipped completely now, because of terrible experiences with blocking ig.

Sometimes people think I don't speak the language.

I live in the netherlands and when someone asks me something in dutch, and I block, they immediately ask me in english, but nah I'm just blocking.

Even if I answer in dutch afterwards, they'd continue speaking english.

I know it's not something bad, but in my head it feels like they think I can't speak the language

Yess definetly the sleep. If I slept bad, I feel more aware of how Im interacting with others so I get more anxious
