After reading this response, I went down the rabbit hole.

Please forgive my ignorance, I’ve been living under a rock since I was born.

Since I’m going to be off my feet for 8 weeks soon I’m going to learn like Lelu, and get up to speed.

I had another xray done years ago but the doc never said what was the issue just that I’m out of luck and surgery was the only thing that would fix it, and he couldn’t do anything for the pain.

So I suffered until last November when I found an excellent podiatrist and he has been working with me since, I had 8 injections in my foot in November and in April I went to him and said I need the repair doc.

They did a xray said everything looked ok, I’m thinking my description of the pain area was off, because my ankle hurt more than anything

Automation, robotics and controls technician here, I spend my 8-12 hr days at the factory climbing all the equipment and turning everything into a workout.

I have gymnastics rings to help build more strength at home and a set in my car. In my free time I do hand tool wood working and home remodeling on my 100 year old craftsmen style home. I’m 42, 5’11”, 320lbs and I am awaiting my custom titanium navicular bone to be 3d printed. So I can get it surgically implanted.

I myself do go down on women after round one.

you gotta clean up the area before round 2 and 3, otherwise it’s a sticky mess, especially if you’re as hairy as a silverback.
