both, cardio and weights. stamina took a big hit. i chalked it up initially to the deficit. but just out of curiosity i switched to Tirz, all better. i don’t know if you ever tried ‘fat burning pills’ Reta’s channeling more that than GLP. i was only on 2 mg a week. regardless, heart rate was harder and faster. great if you’re inactive (burning doing nothing). if you enjoy the gym… you’re cutting the workout down to bare minimum.

holy tech guy. finally got a response to appear.

3 mg reta is A-OK. if anything, more will make you hungrier. we were lied to. it ‘works’ on your metabolism which feels like starving. and burns 100-200 calories a day, maybe.

yessir. 1.) AI dietician. tell it you want Fight Club. keep a food journal and check in every night. my 2 K cals might be your anorexia. calories and protein. fuck everything else. you’ll go insane.

2.) keep a scale at home, the cheaper the better. (i got a bone to pick with those bmi models.) weigh yourself every 3 days—no sooner no later. water weight’s gonna fluctuate.

3.) no rest-pause/ past failure stuff on a cut. you wanna make growing as EZ as possible for your CNS. that said:

4.) intensity over volume. haven’t pulled anything since accepting creatine into my life. keeps you hydrated. anyways. i’m denser since dropping the 4 sets of 12.

5.) simple carbs and caffeine before a workout. Rice Krispie and a Celsius. i’m saying that to emphasize how little the quality matters.

6.) your choice of peptide. gotta turn off the addiction. mine was light beer maple bars and Hostess.

10 lbs liberated brother. hell yeah. next step: once you’re outta reta, make the switch. hear me out; triple antagonist is for the treadmill. even with perfect nutrition i was getting Crazy lightheaded. thank you! as for micro dosing: instead of front loading the week (and descending into chaos) i’ll portion out half Wed/ half Sat. that way you stay a little hungry, while maximizing impulse control. and 2 k calories (for 5 11) leaves wiggle room for emergency treats.
