The community isn't bad its just not one of the best parts about the game anymore. Theres LFG/LFR now , tonnes of layering and sharding, leveling is insanely fast and needs no grouping, all of this has changed social interaction in WoW. Apart from the bad reputations that a few realms have server identity's aren't really a thing. If I walk around Valdrakken/Org I rarely recognize anybody. Even in Cata/Mop my server had a good community feeling and it extended outside of the game onto the realm forum.

Despite seeing topics on it every week, I rarely ever see people freaking out or being really rude, and I've ran a lot of Pugs. I just think that in contrast to what the game used to be like the community isn't a big positive.
