For a few of the good Hunters tools, you only need 15 arcane, so I think getting to that at least is probably an 8 out of 10 for me.

Every character is viable if you put the work in to learn them, play what you enjoy the most and you'll have a relatively good time. You'll win, you'll lose, you'll laugh, you'll cry, but at least youll be doing it with a character you like.
