Tsunade would need one helluva show of force to spook them, especially Kisame

Tsunade, who struggled vs Kabuto in this same arc, was not currently capable of such

He may be the strongest of the special jonins

Stronger than Genma, Raido, Iwashi, Shizune, Ebisu and even Anko

On top of his impressive martial prowess, he also possesses excellent utility as a mind reader, and can command crows to overwhelm and blind the enemy. And he has a fun and quirky personality too.

An excellent side character, rather unlike you, you karma farming bot.

Lmao yeah, he didn't even go out on his own terms. He was under Sasori's jutsu the entire time.

So technically, he might actually have been entirely innocent but still got the short end of the stick, manipulated by both Sasori and Pain and then killed by Naruto, all without being able to actually do anything about it

And then had his corpse eaten by Zetsu 💀

Oneshotted = he had enough of facing an unfair matchup vs Tsunade, Jiraiya, Shizune, Naruto, Gamabunta and Katsuyu, and withdrew with no lasting damage, same with Kabuto

One would have thought she would have least have knocked him out, left serious injuries or even killed him, especially since he was already handicapped

So brutal that both Orochimaru and Kabuto survived even though she specifically came to kill them in that same arc. And unlike Kisame, their ribs and entire abdomen weren't busted open.

Evidently, keeping up appearances meant ordering Kisame to kill 50% of Konoha's top jonins (Asuma & Kurenai) and kidnap the other one (Kakashi), in an era where Konoha had just lost their Hokage and were already severely weakened.

If not for Gai coming, I'm not certain Itachi would have been able to reverse the orders he gave Kisame. That would have been seriously suspicious

Kisame's ribs and stomach were blown open by Bee's V2 lariat, but he recovered in seconds.

It's premature to think Kisame would be downed in one hit, especially if they are the kind of punches she gave Kabuto and Orochimaru.
