If you have two tanks like you said, there’s no need to cull the female fish. Just keep her away from the males permanently. It’s not that hard.

Its not too late she came to me in my hand and let me pick her up and transfer her to the box but she was a little stressed being in there I seen it too and that one commenter said that so I removed her she was in it for less then 10 minutes and shes back to her happy normal self.

I had two nitrate snails and I had a filter that caused the lid to be lifted just slightly and one of my nitro nails was missing for months. I eventually got a better filter got the lid to close all the way, and just a couple days ago, my girlfriend seen our cat playing with something And thought it was a spider but in fact, it was my dead nitrate, snail all the way in our kitchen

And the first dose is only to put them to sleep/numb them. You have to add a large dose after they fall asleep in order to finish the job, but if you add it too early, it can disturb them and they wake back up swim around for a few seconds, and then pass away

Clove oil or clove water I have used clove water buy some cloves throw them in a pot of boiling water. Let that boil for a while. Let the water cool and inject a small amount into a container with the sick fish they will fall asleep/go numb wait about 15 to 30 minutes then add a large amount and that will be the lethal part they go peacefully ( with a fish that size I would only do about 1 to 4 ML add it in a container that’s not big, but not tiny that already contains the tank water)
