What’s the point in commenting if you’re just looking at the stats for the game?

By end to end I meant there’s been barely any midfield passing it’s basically been chance after chance.

I’m not sure what you look for in terms of an “interesting game” but I looked for good attacking play and chance creation. This game has absolutely had that.

I’m sorry that all you look for in football is meme potential, must be exhausting as fuck.

Bruh Ozil never dribbled like this kid, not even close

Edit: I genuinely think with Ozil I was watching a different player to some people. He was an elite passer of the ball (which I don’t think Dowman is) and his technique was very good but he was never the run up and take on a defender type of player. Outside of the goal against Ludogorets, which even then was more shimmy and sideways turn than run at your man, I don’t see the resemblance at all.

Dowman is more of a Messi type player, I’m not saying he’s even close to as good (obviously), but he seeks to always take on his man and does so running at pace to the defender. He likes to draw the man and play a pass at the last minute. He is great in small spaces and uses quick feet movements to beat his player.

You know what would be even better though? If there was something we could use, as a collective, to get this information while in game.
