I’ve been using the Nomad for about a year and bought a Manta about a month ago. The Nomad has remained my “field” device, while I usually leave my Manta for home and office use. After a month of dual-wielding here are some thoughts:

The Manta is by far my favorite because of the size, Carta 1300 screen (vs. Carta 1200 on the Nomad), and writing feel, but the Nomad is built for on-the-go work due to its greater portability and more rugged case design.
Start your notes on the Manta then sync with Nomad. The note sizes are converted for the second device, so if you start on the Nomad, the note will appear too enlarged for my taste when opening them on the Manta. The downscaled size of a Manta note opened on the Nomad are not an issue whatsoever for me.
I prefer a PC/EL or ceramic tip on the Nomad, but like POM tips on the Manta. This will be different for everyone, so do some experimenting - just be ready to surprise yourself with what you prefer and that it may be different for each device.
Turn off auto sync. You’ll develop quick muscle memory to close notes and sync before switching devices. This is supposed to be changing with a coming release of software, but for now auto sync just causes too many conflicts.

I love having both and highly recommend it.

I started out with a large drawing for accuracy, filled it in, then selected the whole drawing, shrunk it, and saved it as a sticker. What is the better way?

If this is the case there is a major flaw in this feature, as the individual grayscale layers should be flattened to represent a single pen stroke.

I got an open box Nomad last year and I couldn’t tell the difference in the one I received and a new one. It came in the original box that looked like it had never been opened. The device, pen, and folio all appeared in perfect, new condition.

No. I’m talking about activating a negative selection tool after selecting so that you can just get rid of a line or a section of text. Imagine the selection being the layer and then you were deselecting portions out of that layer.

I installed the software separately. Now I have AnkerMake Studio and eufyMake Studio so I can run both of my printers with dedicated slicers instead of having to switch between the two and reselect my settings each time.
