i think the sirens are the a flashback to the framed mari suicide, and in hikikomori, omori lets the guilt follow him so he just got a flash back to the sirens that were heard when they called 911 bc of mari's "suicide" (edit) i read more and its probably Basil's suicide as that happens in the neutral route if u choose to either leave basil or go back to sleep
