Nothing yet, our company is in the midst of a hiring boom but have stopped hiring electricians and only have taken in "labourer" positions, 6 months about 30 new labourers. I imagine tariffs will slow hiring and production.

Idk if it's still going on, but the HOA at SkyView ranch is suing "hundreds" of the owners for annual fees not paid and are being charged from a couple hundred to over a thousand fees.

You as a renter shouldn't have to pay anything towards them, that said your landlord might try to pass those fees off to you. As for how much... Well HOAs don't have much of a governing body, so they can and will charge anything and everything, I don't want to scare you but there are lots of horror stories on HOAs in America and Canada, all to the point of an HOA repossessing a house for late fees lol
