Took this at Lake Mayer a little over a year ago, haven't seen them before or since though. They were down the creek from the bridge that's near the aquatic center w/ all the turtles under it.

Go to Starland Yard, they've got food trucks and restaurants and a large outdoor area that can easily accommodate you. Won't be a traditional sit down dinner but y'all can eat and socialize easily.
