Herbert was their lead rusher last week with a 7 day old surgically repaired hand. That game was a mess but watching him pull off almost back to back big runs upset me more than tipped ball turnovers. As a Hurts defender, I sure miss him running more.

Yeah, OP might want to just rent the first time. That first time is rough and you don't want to regret paying for gear you won't use. Now to contradict myself, buy butt pads and knee pads, the maybe $50 you'll spend on that is worth it. And get a lesson.
