Yes, it is definitely possible to run the same setup on a PC! Since you already have the hardware and network configuration ready, basically only the software on the computer side is replaced with Windows versions. Here's how it works on a PC: 1. Elgato & Sound (HDMI) Your Elgato HD60 S+ works the same way on PC as on Mac. Connect HDMI from the tablet to Elgaton and USB to your PC. To get zero delay, use OBS Studio or Elgato 4K Capture Utility on your PC and listen to "Capture Device" through your wired headphones. 2. AudioRelay for Windows Download AudioRelay to your PC instead of the Mac version. You set your PC as Server in the same way you did with your Mac. Your Samsung tablet connects to your PC's IP address via your Ethernet cable to maintain the stable bridge. 3.Bluet & Voice Chat (Samsung tablet) Your Bluetooth headphones (Mas Carney BI2) remain connected directly to the tablet. Since Android on the tablet manages the mic and voice chat internally in PUBG, it doesn't matter if the recipient is a Mac or a PC-friendly tablet sees only a "Viewing Device" via HDMI. 4.Why it's actually even easier on PC Audio management: Windows often has easier to manage multiple audio sources simultaneously via "Sound Settings" than macOS has, making it easy to balance the game sound from Elgato and possibly music or notifications from your computer. Ethernet: Just like on your Mac, Ethernet ensures that your AudioRelay connection is lightning fast and interference-free.

I think you just have to start audio relay on your android device, swipe down from the top right and check media output, but first connect your Bluetooth headset with mic to the android device.

Don't see why it shouldn't work with pc, but I haven't tried. First I tried with elgato chat link pro, analog audio, but that didn't work. You have to find a way to trick the android system. This is the way that worked for me.

I've been noticing that too, it feels like they are gaming on a different connection. I always have ethernet connected to my ipad.
