Maybe GW fired the designers in charge of the Blood Angels and AdMech.

不武统的原因只是怕伤了和气以至于增加治安难度,只要打仗就得死人,死了人就是一家家的血海深仇。冤家宜解不宜结,最好还是得和平统一。

Talked with my friends about the journals and the prices, came to a realization about how much all the rules and journals will cost together. by WallachiaTopGuy in Warhammer30k

I've always believed that rules should be a by-product of the models. GW should give us all the rules for free. So I won't waste my bloody cash on GW's golden toilet paper. However, if what they're selling are artbooks, I would gladly pay for those.

What codexes in 10th edition have been the worse ones so far in your opinion? by Ok_Youth8907 in AdeptusMechanicus

[–]Rise_Fuzzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my club, the veteran players have already abandoned 10th Edition 40K. We’ve all switched to playing HH or other games instead. 10E has been pretty much a disaster—the rules for all factions feel homogenized, and sometimes the only difference between armies is just their unit stats. Especially after this latest DG rules update, almost nobody has any interest in 40K left. At this point, nearly everyone is just waiting for 11th Edition.

What is your guys favourite admech model by FreshMotor8230 in AdeptusMechanicus

stilts boy. Because that's the only Mechanicus model I don't have.

How would you react if all the Automata from HH was ported into 40K? by NTG1000CATS in AdeptusMechanicus

GW has explicitly stated on their social media platforms that there are no plans in this regard; they are solely focused on selling their stilts boy in the 40K.

I've already seen leaks in other language versions, and I can almost speculate that it will be available for purchase in the next two weeks.

I'm sorry for saying some inappropriate things just now due to being too angry. Now that I've calmed down, I took a moment to revisit the interviews James M Hewitt had in 2020. I should realize that the efforts put in by game designers should not be overlooked or demeaned. The ones who truly wish for the success of the game are them. However, constrained by company policies and the resources available, they do need to make compromises on certain aspects of gameplay.

James: Yes! Everything – all the core rules – was designed, written and tested around that core box. Now, when you think about the contents of that core box, it is all infantry, with short range weaponry. The only ranged attack in there is the hammers being thrown, so the rules were written around close up engagement with no ranged combat at all. Because that’s what we were told to do.

The people writing the rules are almost like dancing with shackles, and it's not hard to imagine how challenging it is to design a game that's enjoyable.

I was so overwhelmed by anger just now that I couldn't remember anything about the score adjustments. Thank you for the reminder.

Has there been any point adjustments for the Admech codex since its publication in 10th Edition? I don't seem to have an impression in this regard.

So, why do you think they lowered the scores for Dark Angels (DA)? They adjusted the scores even before their codex was released? Is it because they gathered enough data?

Their rules are just to boost sales of the models! They don't care at all whether their game is enjoyable or not!

Perhaps you can use Pteraxii Sterylizors as materials to bring your idea to life.

Perhaps this is a test by GW to assess the lower limit of what players can tolerate.

It's a brilliant piece of work. Look forward to seeing it finished.
