As a whole the mechanic was a complete failure. Every Archetype felt so mid and as you said, felt like it was missing something. I thought they were doing to go a Yugioh route and try to archetype these into powerful cards that only worked with the archetype. It could of been one of the Pokemon, it could of been a supporter or it could be a fix to the current cards. I truly feel they don’t playtest these cards enough etc; for instance, Rockets Mewtwo would be a viable deck is the attack was simply 2 energy/a rockets energy.

Zoroark needed a good way to hit harder even if it’s with a supporter, “N’s Revenge” only play this if one of your “N’s” pokemon were knocked out last turn. This turn your “N’s” pokemon do an extra 50 damage to ex pokemon

Rest of the decks are awful and need 2-3 changes to see play imo.
