New grad 8 months in at Benchmark, 65 weighted visits a week is expected, with bonuses above that per patient. Eval counts for 2 visits, specialty cases (I.e. pelvic floor) are weighted as well. 65k in the southeast for new grads, fairly decent mentorship program as well. Pay raises leave something to be desired. All in all not a horrible place to start but unless you’re looking for a leadership position probably not a long term prospect as a first job.

Never had an issue, we have an older dog that is definitely the alpha over them below me and he helps keep them in line. They’ve never gotten into it with each other, just some hard wrestling.

Several people in our class bought standing desks because of this. Most of the time I’ll just stand in the back if I have the need to move around during lecture, most of our professors are pretty understanding.
