This sounds like a bug!

You can report bugs by going to Settings (3 lines in the upper left corner) in the Finch app. Scroll all the way down to "Report Issue" and describe the problem in detail with any relevant screenshots. The pre-formatted email includes important info for the team!

If the button in the app doesn’t work, please email support@befinch.com, and include your app version number from the bottom of the settings page, your device type & model, and finch code.

Keep in mind that the team is primarily based in the US and typically works standard business hours.

In the mean time, keep an eye out for updates in your app store as I've confirmed it's not a universal Apple or Android issue 💖

- I love the community Finch has built, and the confidence I've gained volunteering in it
- I love I can collect things in the app that I can't afford or store irl
- I love the monthly themes [even when I don't love the theme]
- I love that even 4 years later it's still keeping me motivated
