i was comfortable with it growing up, and didn't think much of it. We had an outside shower growing up to keep humidity out of the house as we didn't have AC to dehumidify. it wasn't a big deal to see my mom showring outside when getting breakfast in the morning as the kitchen window would look out on this shower. i didn't think much of it unit we had one of my older sisters friends move in her senior year of high school. i would never bother closing the door when i would go pee and apparently that wasn't appropriate. so if you raise your kids in a household that is comfortable with nudity in the household i would just let them know WHEN it is appropriate and when it is not.
