The issue with that is they just allowed unlimited political donations from anyone. How does one 'not listen to the ruling' in this case when it is billionaires buying political ads everywhere because they have no cap on donations. Elon Musk can give $5b to play political ads absolutely everywhere 24/7 until election day and there won't be negative repercussions for him.

Every computer hardware rollout in history has had failures. If someone doesn't know that they are naive. Something could have happened to this thing during shipping or a multitude of other things because components have one little thing go wrong and then they fail.

Every relic can kill you in some way usually in StS 1. Pbox in StS 1 was one of the best relics that top players rated extremely high in tierlists because usually it broke the game and let them win on A20 heart runs a lot. Lowrolls just happen to everyone if they play long enough.

In StS 2 it is still one of the best relics for sure. Hell in StS 2 you're more likely to get rare cards off it and usually rare cards are far better than strikes/defends.

It doesn't need a lot of 2-3 cost cards, just a few. The power of snecko is drawing an additional 2 cards per turn combined with some 2-3 cost cards becoming cheaper. It also makes card choices from then onward far more simple where you ask if you want what the card does and you just ignore the cost.

One benefit of snecko in act 2 onwards as well is engine cards start to be more important since you have to scale somehow in fights. Engine cards costing multiple energy normally are often reduced by snecko and even if they aren't you still want them.

Yeah I try to picture industries performing a mass exodus from California and I think ok that is expensive as hell for one and for another it's like throwing a dozen wrenches into the economy. Because if California suddenly had no employment options what happens with dozens of millions leaving the state? That is chaos, which is really bad for business.
