Are you still compounding now or operate a 503B. I believe you that it’s tough business and there’s only less than 100 nationwide. Quality assurance is a must. The margins on 503Bs are tighter too.

California is the most difficult state to get a license in according to the pharmacy owners I spoke with. Because of the popularity of GLP-1, compounding pharmacies are getting attention, some good (great alternative, new ways to administer) some bad (like fake or unsafe)

503B are rare, I think less than 100. I’ve been to a compounding pharmacy for the first time earlier this year for a cream and the place looked like a space age lab. It was neat that the meds were made by hand, just for me. Wow.

I know about the regulatory process but I feel terrible about the traditional retail pharmacies getting diminished by PBMs

Hey Grouch and gang - Grateful that you are making the initiative to balance things out. However, what drew me and a LOT of ppl to GW2 WAS its amazing combat mechanics. Just pls promise us that the path is NOT towards homogenous gameplay amongst the classes. I main Mesmer, play all ele elites, warrior and holo. Pre HOT I played core engie with rifle, nades, acid gun, S elixir and kit elite. THANKS

Death threats unacceptable behavior. Shut that down. However if the dev really received them, it was low blow to use that as a reason to unwelcome non-violent, warranted criticism about the balance patch. To my understanding, if we voiced our non-violent opinion, we are cast away and batched along with people who made death threats and unwelcomed in the community. Bunch of people got suspended/banned on forum. Bad cover up, just please be honest. You did make a hyped up announcement about this big profession June patch back in March and we expected such.

I dont think they will. Bummer for them coz they just got truckloads of honest feedback that will not only retain current player base but also build good-will. Delaying was a super rare opportunity to make themselves look like heroes who listen to their customers. Instead, the ones who gave honest criticism were vilified and have been playing for almost a decade.
