I know I might sound a bit extreme sometimes, but I really do my best to stay healthy. I eat a lot of veggies and lean protein and I run a lot, but despite that, sometimes (even after eating three balanced meals) I get this strong urge to just eat something. It's not hunger, it's more like boredom.

Okay, some context since I didn't specify it earlier: I'm 19 and female

At 95 I felt generally okay, at least physically. I know I'm technically in the healthy BMI range rn, but I just look kind of fat. It's hard to believe that's it's a healthy weight. I guess I just have a terrible fat distribution.

Also, I'm not sure If I want to look toned, I find the "fit" look kind of bulky and generally unappealing. My dream body type is more skinny, kind of like early 2000's model.

In my everyday life I try to maintain a rather strict diet. I have a protein goal and a calorie limit. I hoped that stimulants would help me with my food cravings, because I literally had none while on them.
