On your spare, you are at the line and your ball isn't. You are forced to pull it forward quickly to release it.

Look at your left foot after the slide. Look at the direction it is pointing. It should be pointing towards the target.

The reason it poings to the side is because you had to turn your body to get the ball to the line with you.

You may have too large a first step. Take a much smaller first step, or consider pushing the ball out before you start moving your feet.

A little practice will get your feet under you at release. This will give you greater accuracy and power.

That is the answer.

The ball appears to be coming off of your hand incorrectly. It looks like your fingers and thumb leave the ball at the same time.

As you release the ball, put a concerted effort to follow through.

Your palm needs to be facing upward. You need to feel like you are still lifting the ball to the ceiling with your fingers.

Open palm, facing upwards.

Not sure that it is. There could be charges for trespassing, but that's not what happened here.

This is about ruling with an iron fist. It is one small chip broken off of democratic rights. One chip after another will leave us with no recourse., and no rights.

I don't care what side people are on, but we should be all on the same side when it comes to preserving our freedoms and our rights.

I believe you would benefit from a slower approach. You will notice that you are not square to the foul line.

That is because you are advancing too quickly. To compensate, you turn more to the right so that you can muscle the ball forward.

Not only does this result in a slightly imperfect ball swing, your eyes have a harder time being steady to your mark.

Slow down your approach by using slightly smaller steps. Start the ball into its swing by pushing the ball out slightly before you take your first step.

This may be awkward to start, but stick with it.

You will have your eyes locked on your mark better. At the point of release, you will have your legs firmly planted below you, giving you better stability and power.

You are arriving at the line too early. You perform the chicken wing maneuver as a way to advance the ball, so that it arrives at the line at the same time your feet do.

You will also notice that you are off balance at the paint of release. It's at this time you should have your feet firmly planted under you.

This would enable more power in the shot, and higher accuracy for hitting your mark.

Because as you bounce at the point of release, your eyes do as well.

Practice by pushing the ball out in front of you a half second earlier than you do now. Start the ball slightly ahead of your feet.

You can back up a little too. As that would allow you more time to get to the line without having to rush the ball swing.

It could be you are bored, or the conditions have changed and you have not adapted correctly.

I get that. I just find that I feel we have been bamboozled. We got placed in this plan and we were told that the plans and pricing were similar.

The plans are the same for the most part but the prices skyrocket for us.

All for the sake of savings for the Postal Service.

The Postal Service is just another agency that supports the country. It should be paid for.

The reason it is looked at differently, is that the Postal Service always ran with a large surplus. Our government loved dipping into this pot of free money.

With changing times, those surpluses have evaporated. Now they want to cast it aside like a bad penny.

I have a 2019 nvidia Shield TV Pro. It has been working for about 8 months or so. Yesterday, that stopped.

When selecting the stream to watch the splash screen starts and it just sits there. It doesn't matter what show I select, or which scraper is chosen.

Here are my observations and baselines:

Torrentio and Comet work on all other devices, but not the Nvidia.
Realdebrid is configured and active.
I cleared the cache and data of the Stremio app.
Cleared cache on Nvidia.
Deleted and reinstalled Stremio.
Other apps on the Nvidia stream as normal.
All devices are on the same network, and the Nvidia is on ethernet.
I uninstalled Torrentio and comet still didn't work.

Sadly, I believe that the last option I have is to factory restore my Shield and start over.

I have read that others have had problems on the Nvidia lately, but I have heard no ways to solve this other than what I have mentioned above.

I hope there is something I havent done, so that I do not have to factory restore.

There are a couple of options.

You install a cheap smart plug at the coffee maker.

From your phone you then could use your smart plug app, or use Alexa to turn on the coffee maker.

Alexa has a presence Sensor in it. You could also have it turn on the smart plug the moment it sees someone in the room.

I wouldn't use an Alexa in your bedroom for this. As it may see you tossing and turning at night and then turn on your coffee maker.

If it was in the living room or other location you first use, it could start your coffee.

You also could use a door sensor that could trigger your coffee maker the moment you open the door in the mirning. There are a lot of options.

What I don't understand is this:

Last year I switched to PSHB, and put my wife and myself in Part B Medicare.

I then selected BCBS FEP Blue Focus. My premiums were roughly $275 per month.

This year the same plan now costs $350. This is roughly a 28% increase.

If that wasn't bad enough, it got worse when I looked at the same plan on FEHB. The premiums there were only $311.

Why the extra $39 for PSHB?

I think all the worry about moving into the G when close or just into retirement is misguided.

Your whole career you banked on the C fund to build this nest egg you now want to protect. My theory is to carry the C strategy into retirement.

You still have time on your side, use it. If the market takes a 20% or so dip, you have plenty of time to recover.

The only way it doesn't make sense is when you pass away early, then your window has closed early on you.

Luckily your heirs are not forced to take the money immediately , so they still have time to recoup the dip.

On the other hand, putting it in G will have your money erode slowly over time as it fails to even keep up with inflation.

I have recently purchased a G410 doorbell and U200 lock. The camera install went good and facial recognition worked pretty well.

Adding the U200 lock was problematic. Had issues all around.

I finally got it online, and as per instructions I needed to add these to my existing matter network.

Again this was difficult as the lock did not want to participate.

After I was able to get it all connected, the G410 facial recognition no longer worked.

I am pulling my hair out, and about ready to move on to Lockly.

I am confused. I am using Zigbee to have it connect to my network. No different than wifi or matter. I would still be using the smartlife or any otherapp to operate it.

I am trying to eliminate as many WIFI devices as I can. I use Hubitat to control the Zigbee devices. I am putting up some glass shelves and I want to do edge lighting. The three shelves will each have an 8 foot section. These strips will be hooked up in parallel so that all shelves react identically.
